The process is straightforward. Once you register on 实习僧 (mShare), the University of Birmingham will verify your identity via your Student ID. After approval, your one-to-one support service begins.

准确填写伯明翰学号
Enter your Birmingham Student ID accurately
学校将凭借你填写的学号（Birmingham ID Number）核对身份。请务必填写正确，确保与学校系统一致。
The University will match your identity using your Birmingham ID Number. Please double-check this field to ensure it matches your university records exactly.

等待伯明翰大学审核
Await university verification
学校将在后台审核你的信息，确认资格后标记通过。
The University will review your information on the platform and mark you as approved once confirmed eligible.

实习僧导师联系你
Your 实习僧 (mShare) mentor reaches out
审核通过后，你的专属实习僧导师将通过微信联系你，正式开启一对一实习支持服务。
After approval, your dedicated 实习僧 (mShare) mentor will contact you via WeChat to formally begin your one-to-one internship support.

Your Birmingham Student ID Must Be Accurate

学号是学校核实你身份的唯一关键字段，填写有误将导致无法完成审核，进而影响服务开启。

Your Student ID is the single most critical field the University uses to verify your identity. An incorrect entry will prevent verification and delay your service activation.

How to fill in your Student ID
请填写你在伯明翰大学的官方 Student ID Number（通常为 7–8 位数字，如 1234567 或 12345678）。

该 ID 可在以下位置查找：你的 Offer 信件 / 伯明翰大学官网 My Birmingham 门户 / 学校发出的官方邮件。

请注意：不要填写护照号码、申请号或其他编号，仅填写学校系统中的 Student ID。如有不确定，请先向学校确认后再提交。
Please enter your official University of Birmingham Student ID Number (typically 7–8 digits, e.g. 1234567 or 12345678).

You can find this in: your Offer letter / the My Birmingham online portal / official emails from the University.

Do not enter your passport number, application reference, or any other ID. If you are unsure of your Student ID, please confirm with the University before submitting this form.
