The Business School at the University of Bristol, in partnership with MSHARE HONG KONG LIMITED ("mShare"), is offering the GoldIntern Post-Study Internship Programme in China. This Programme provides enrolled Master's students with structured employability support and paid internship placements as part of their career development experience at the University of Bristol.

Referral to paid internship opportunities with leading Chinese employers via mShare's employer network. Whether an offer is secured is subject to each employer's standard interview and selection process.

By agreeing to sign up for the Programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

本项目服务费用由大学承担，但相关服务由实习僧及其关联方提供。
The services are paid for by the University but provided by mShare and their affiliates.

大学已与实习僧签订合同协议，确保依据英国 GDPR 向实习僧共享的个人数据具备适当的保护措施。
The University has contractual arrangements in place with mShare which means that appropriate safeguards are in place for any personal data shared with mShare under UK GDPR.

实习岗位须由您与实习雇主另行签订合同协议。大学不对此类合同条款进行审查或背书，亦不参与岗位筛选流程，且与实习雇主无从属关系。
The internships are subject to separate contractual arrangements between you and the internship provider. Such contractual terms are not reviewed by nor endorsed by the University. The University is not involved in the selection process and is not affiliated with internship providers.

在决定与实习雇主签约并开展实习之前，您应自行对通过实习僧平台接触的实习雇主进行尽职调查，包括其经营活动、法律合规情况及保险安排等。
You should rely on your own research concerning any internship provider that you interact with using mShare's platform — including their activities, legal compliance, and insurances — before deciding whether to enter into a contract and undertake an internship.

当您选择与实习雇主建立联系并共享个人信息（如简历、申请材料、入职文件、入职前体检信息、残障信息或紧急联系人信息）时，上述共享行为基于您本人的同意，不受大学合同安排的约束。
When you choose to engage with an internship provider and share any personal information (such as CVs, applications, onboarding documentation, pre-employment medical checks, disability information, or emergency contacts), this will be done on a consent basis and is not covered by contractual arrangements with the University.

实习雇主依据中国数据保护法律运营。因此，您与实习雇主共享的个人数据将不再受英国 GDPR 的保护。大学对您向实习雇主共享个人数据后的数据安全不承担任何责任。
Internship providers operate under Chinese data protection laws. As such, personal data that you share with these providers will lose the protections provided by UK GDPR. The University accordingly accepts no responsibility for the security of any personal data once shared with the internship providers.

您参与本项目的风险由您本人承担。在法律允许的最大范围内，大学对您参与本项目或因此遭受的任何损失不承担责任。
Your participation in the Programme is at your own risk, and to the greatest extent permissible by law, the University accepts no responsibility for your participation or any loss you may suffer as a result.

大学与实习僧就各自在本项目中处理的数据，分别作为独立的数据控制方。为保障您的参与并对项目进行评估，双方需相互共享个人信息。大学处理及共享您个人数据的合法依据为公共任务（Public Task）。
The University and mShare are separate data controllers for the data that they each process as part of this programme. Both parties will need to share personal information with each other to enable your participation and to evaluate the programme. The University's lawful basis for processing and sharing your personal data is public task.
